Zrna kakaa sadr\u017ei kiselinu i tanine, klju\u010dne za strukturu i kompleksnost dobre \u010dokolade. Osim toga, proizvo\u0111a\u010di \u010dokolade mogu imati i etikete sli\u010dne onima na vinu. \u010cokolada, poput vina, razbu\u0111uje sva na\u0161a osjetila: vid, dodir, sluh (kada razlomimo komad \u010dokolade), miris i naravno &#8211; okus. Kona\u010dno, u \u010dokoladi je dvostruko vi\u0161e antioksidansa nego u crvenom vinu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Sljubljivanje vina i \u010dokolade nije nimalo jednostavan postupak, zahtjeva stru\u010dnost, znanje, pripremu \u2013 kada se radi na navi\u0161oj razini.
