Te iste biljke u Srednjoj Dalmaciji zovu se <strong>&#8220;Mi\u0161anca&#8221;<\/strong> ili <strong>&#8220;Mi\u0161ancija&#8221;<\/strong>, a sa\u010dinjava ih najve\u0107im dijelom porodica Asteraceae, poput masla\u010dka, cikorije i dr., a od drugih biljnih porodica \u010desto se koristi mak, koroma\u010d, divlji luk. Ovaj naziv &#8220;Mi\u0161anca&#8221; podsje\u0107a na <strong>&#8220;Mistacanza romana&#8221;<\/strong> talijanski naziv za isti skup biljaka, ali s jednom razlikom, kod nas se one jedu kuhane u vodi, dok u pokrajni Lazio ih jedu sirove kao salatu. Ve\u0107ina ovih biljaka se smatraju korovnim vrstama, ali unato\u010d tome mogu biti vrlo korisne, kako smo spomenuli, one su omiljeno jelo u Dalmaciji. Naro\u010dito je interesantna njihova veza sa Veliki tjednom, kada se na Hvaru jedu, u znak posta. Otok Hvar bogat je biljnim vrstama pa se mo\u017ee podi\u010diti prekrasnim krajolikom, u kom se isprepli\u0107u divlje raslinje, \u00a0vinove loza, masline, smokve i dr. mediteranskih kulture. Ove biljke imale su veliku va\u017enost u doba velike gladi nakon dolaska po\u0161asti vinove loze&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ispri\u010dala nam je <strong>Ivana Krstulovi\u0107 Cari\u0107, dipl.ing.agr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"  wp-image-505 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/9-800x537.jpg\" alt=\"9 (800x537)\" width=\"326\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/9-800x537.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/9-800x537-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/9-800x537-624x419.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 326px) 100vw, 326px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Divje zeje, bilo je vrlo va\u017eno za opstanak stanovnika otoka Hvara u doba rata. <strong>Profesorica Zorka Bibi\u0107,<\/strong> pro\u010ditala nam j svoju kratku pri\u010du, napisanu po istinitom doga\u0111aju pod nazivom &#8220;Je zno\u0161 ca nojboje opisije glod?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; ako te u strahu ne paralizira zvuk aviona, jezivo brektanje i cvile\u017e motora, potra\u017ei zaklon po poljima, me\u0111u visokom travom, pod \u010dempresima, sakrij se u trim, \u010dekaj i bdij dok nebo ne prekrije ti\u0161ina i, naposljetku, pjev ptica, cingurli-fingurli, krrrrrrr,trrrrrrr,krik,krik u granama. Tad zna\u0161 da je gotovo. Slobodni ste. Mo\u017ee\u0161 prona\u0107i ne\u0161to djeci za ru\u010dak ili ve\u010deru. Tra\u017ei divlji luk, masla\u010dak, matereduh, materodicu, tu\u0161t, pjantavinu, sitne, sitne golubice, napregni te suzne, prepla\u0161ene o\u010di neka tra\u017ee, gledaju, neka vide blago me\u0111u svom tom travom, uberi nekoliko rukoveta, stavi ih u d\u017eep i tr\u010di doma koliko te noge nose. Zakuhaj vodu, dodaj soli, ako je ima\u0161, skuhaj travu, ocijedi je i za\u010dini kvasinom. Ulja vi\u0161e nema&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ova pri\u010da o te\u0161kim vremenima, ganula je sve prisutne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arheologinja, Ilaria Gradante<\/strong> iz <strong>Udruge Vita Romana<\/strong> pri\u010dala je o va\u017enosti samoniklog bilja u pro\u0161losti, kada su ljudi \u010desto selili i njihovo dobro poznavanje samoniklih vrsta bilo je va\u017eno za pre\u017eivljavanje. Gdjegod bi se zatekli, mogli su prona\u0107i ne\u0161to za jelo. Ernestom Di Renzom, antropologom<\/strong>, koji se posebice zanima za divlje bilje i sam ga \u010desto koristi. Istaknu je njegovu va\u017enost ne samo za hranu, ve\u0107 i za razvoj \u010dovjeka, jer potraga za divljim biljem iziskuje razvijanje svih osjetila.<\/p>\n<p>U Italiji se vrlo dobro ovim znanjima slu\u017ee Moli\u017eani, a me\u0111u njima i na\u0161i daleki ro\u0111aci Moli\u0161ki Hrvati, koje smo na svom putu tako\u0111er posjetili.<\/p>\n<p>I naravno pri\u010de je trebalo potkrijepiti dokazima pa su posjetitelji u\u017eivali i u &#8220;Divjem zeju&#8221; i &#8220;Srednjovjekovnom zuppa od samoniklog bilja i grahorica<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/11025877_10153217863226522_5245261285674872617_o.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a>&#8220;, slanim srdelama, ali i hvarskim slasticama poput Cvita, Starogrojskih \u00a0paprenjoka, Arancina i Figolina \u017denske Zadruge Faria, a sve to naravno dobro se slagalo uz \u010da\u0161u hvarskog vina!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-504\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/5-800x537.jpg\" alt=\"5 (800x537)\" width=\"327\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/5-800x537.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/5-800x537-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hvar-otok-vina.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/5-800x537-624x419.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 327px) 100vw, 327px\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>OVU TURNEJU ORGANIZIRALO JE VELEPOSLANSTVO RH U RIMU, OSOBITOM ZASLUGOM G\u0110E.
